The Teranalytics website collects very little personal data. The sections below explain what is collected, why it is collected and how to request its deletion.
The Teranalytics website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. As with any website, the hosting service receives each visitor's IP address, which is required to deliver the pages.
The website does not set cookies, does not run analytics or tracking tools, and does not load fonts or any other content from third-party services.
Links to other websites, such as the Teranalytics page on LinkedIn, lead to services that have their own privacy policies, which this notice does not cover.
The demo request form collects the visitor's name, work email, company, role, products of interest and a short description of the request. Teranalytics uses this information only to reply to the request and to prepare the demo, and does not sell or rent personal data.
The information is stored in the Teranalytics Google Workspace account, in email and in a spreadsheet. Each request is kept for up to two years after the last exchange with the person who sent it, then deleted, or earlier upon request.
Access is restricted to Teranalytics staff and protected by the security controls of the Google Workspace account. Google may process the information on servers outside the visitor's country, including in the United States.
To access, correct or delete personal data submitted through the website, please write to info@teranalytics.com.
This notice may be updated. Changes are published on this page, with the date of the latest version below.
